Iron-ons should be attached at high temperature for best results, but iron-ons can also be attached to fabric that can only withstand moderate heat. When iron on labels are attached they can withstand heavy use / wear and wash in the washing machine on high temperature, but it may be wise to wait a couple of hours after they are attached before washing.
